Booby Tubes are small breast packs that are made of organic cotton and filled with fresh, organic flax seed. You can use them either warm or cold, depending on your nursing requirements. When heated, they provide warm, moist heat to alleviate breast tenderness. When stored in the freezer, they offer cooling comfort. They are typically used to alleviate breastfeeding discomfort. HOW TO CLEAN MY BOOBY TUBES:
 
Wipe the organic cotton with a damp cloth. Don't submerge them in water or put them in a washing machine — the organic flax seeds may sprout (seriously)!
